Presentation of different clamping methods (hydraulic chuck, ER collet, etc.).
Fundamentals of reaming and boring.
Setting up the means required for successful reaming and boring.

Design work for application

Handling adjustable reamers.
Optimal use of the My Pages/Suggest catalog and digital portal.
Knowledge of solutions and application.

Target audience and level required

Workshop, design office and methods technicians, production engineers and managers. Anyone with knowledge of machining.

Quality criteria

Positioning at the beginning and end of the course: round-table discussion and multiple-choice questions.
Validation of attendance and ongoing assessment of participants and trainer: attendance sheet, on-the-spot assessment, individual training certificates, validation of prior learning.
