Our Testing and Technical Center (TTC) enables us to meet our customers' needs and expectations. It is optimally adapted to existing machine fleets. It is a unique machining demonstration and testing service. We provide our customers with state-of-the-art equipment, enabling them to define machining strategies and cutting parameters using the latest technologies.
Machining tests under real conditions
The Bourges TTC enables us to perform tool performance tests under real-life conditions, adapting cutting conditions to new products and insert grades to suit our customers' machining materials. It enables us to carry out tests in a production environment without having to interrupt our customers' production processes. It also enables us to reduce times, improve machining quality and meet the quality criteria expected by the end customer.
