Empowering Partnerships: A Collaborative Journey Toward 2026
Strategic partner training and roadshow strengthening collaboration, alignment, and growth for 2026 launch.Building on the momentum of last year’s ITI event, Seco Tools Italy has further strengthened its collaboration with selected strategic partners through a series of dedicated sessions hosted at their facilities, aligned with the training rollout for our 2026 product launch.
The initiative involved five key partners — Renishaw & Metrologic, TopSolid, Mastercam, Cimatron, and GibbsCAM — who hosted these sessions at their sites. Each meeting combined our product launch presentations with a closer look at the partner organization, offering insight into their expertise, capabilities, and distinctive strengths. Beyond product training, the primary objective was to deepen mutual understanding and foster new collaboration opportunities through closer, more effective synergy and reciprocal support between teams and partners. Designed for both sales and technical teams, the program blended capability development with high‑value relationship building, integrating focused internal training with networking and direct engagement.
Furthermore, this approach also strengthened alignment across key geographical areas and reinforced the strategic role of partner cooperation within our ecosystem. As a result, it helped to lay the foundations for a more structured and growth-oriented collaboration model, better aligned with market needs and shared objectives. Feedback from participants has been highly positive. The format was particularly appreciated for its innovative approach compared to traditional training, as well as for the level of alignment it created around this collaborative business model.
Upcoming initiatives
These initiatives implemented to date mark the beginning of a structured and long‑term partner engagement strategy, focused on generating sustainable value. Key priorities include:
- Maintaining a strategic alignment between our portfolio, partner solutions, and evolving market requirements;
- Developing a shared mindset focused on innovation, real-world applications, and integrated technology approaches;
- Positioning training as a strategic enabler for both commercial effectiveness and technical excellence.
In this context, additional programs are currently under evaluation to further expand and formalize the model already introduced. These are expected to combine advanced training programs, structured exchanges on application use cases, and opportunities for deeper joint collaboration. Upcoming milestones and related activities will be communicated through internal channels, with the objective of progressively involving more teams and maximizing cross-functional contribution and alignment.
