Niagara Cutter ACS540/ACS540R 5 flute end mills keep chips under control and out of the cut zone. Proprietary open flute shape handles chip evacuation while chip splitters break up chips into a manageable size. Internal coolant channel provides efficient chip flushing and proprietary ANF PVD coating posses excellent lubricity to keep workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edge and marring surface finishes.
