Lors de cette démonstration d'usinage combinant tournage et fraisage nous aborderons des solutions permettant la réduction du nombre d'opérations pour la réalisation d'une pièce complète. Cette pièce en Inox 316L sera réalisée sur machine DMG Mori NLX2500 grâce à des process de tournage optimisés permettant d'augmenter la durée de vie des outils et la fragmentation des copeaux La programmation réalisée sur logiciel Mastercam (société Ficam) permet de réduire les temps morts et donc le temps total d'usinage grâce à l'optimisation des parcours outils et la flexibilité dans l'enchaînement des opérations. L'ensemble des opérations est réalisé avec les gammes d'outils Seco spécifiques à l'usinage des pièces en aciers inoxydables.Retour à l'ensemble des sessions
