Cutting data: vc = 45 m/min, f = 0.1 mm/t, ap = 15 mm, ae = 7 mm

Landing gear 2
Material:
Ti6Al4V
Operation: Slotting
Criterion: Metal removal, tool life
Result: 93 cm3/min metal removal rate
Tool: Jabro JHP750 diameter 16 mm
Cutting data: vc = 45 m/min, fz = 0.05 mm/t, ap = 32 mm

Landing gear 3
Material:
Ti6Al4V
Operation: Square shoulder milling
Criterion: Metal removal rate, tool life
Result: Too life 230 minutes
Tool: R220.69-0040-12.5, XOEX12, F40M
Cutting data: vc = 40 m/min, fz = 0.14 mm/t, ap = 2 mm, ae = 15 mm

Material:
Ti5Va5Mo5Al3Cr (Ti 5-5-5-3)
Operation: 3D Milling, roughing
Criterion: Metal removal rate, tool life
Result: 5 cm3/min metal removal rate
Tool: R218.20-5050.3-70.150, R218.20, T350M
