Seco shall systematically work with continual improvments of all Group processes.

This shall be achieved by:

  • Defining, and always complying with, a standard that satisfies customer demands
  • Defining objectives/goals that are continuously monitored and reported
  • Continuously evaluating the quality system and fulfilling the requirements of ISO9001
  • Encouraging executive management support, providing necessary resources, leading and coordinating employees in their quality work
  • Continuously informing and educating employees and suppliers to make quality a responsibility of every individual
  • Quality work should be conducted actively and continuously, so that Seco succeeds in the short and long term
