Corporate Governance report
Seco® AB is a public limited company registered in Sweden. The company’s corporate governance is regulated by:
- the Articles of Association
- the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance
- the Swedish Companies Act,
- the Code of Conduct adopted by the Board
- the listing agreement with the Stockholm Stock Exchange
- and other applicable Swedish and foreign laws and rules.
This corporate governance report has been prepared in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance. The report has not been reviewed by the company’s auditors.
The Board’s report on internal control according to the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance constitutes a separate report that is attached to the annual report.
